Oh that was an oxy propane torch. It has an oxygen tank but also the propane tank next to it. Bothe have hoses connected to the torch head.

I decided to follow along and make my own designs of pokemon from your prompts. I came up with 3 alternate timeline Hoenn pokemon in worlds where either Team Aqua or Magma won In the timeline where Team Magma one, most of the world's water has turned into vapor and has trouble returning to the earth because the land is still too hot. As a result the sky is almost entirely blocked out with violent storms! Wailord is actually less dense than air and it's body kinda looks like a Blimp so I decided it has truly transitioned into a flying Blimp taking on the Electric/Dragon type to survive the perpetual tempests. It's now one of the fiercest predators in the sky! Alternatively if Team Aqua won I decided to explore the effects of Island Dwarfism and Gigantism where creatures that are usually small grow larger in response to lack of predators, and creatures that are usually large reduce in size to make use of less resources Tropius has become a Pigmy Sauropod and I decided to change it from a Banana Tree to Dragon Fruit. Grass/Dragon of course. And Cacturn has become more like a Giant Agave or Aloe plant since it now lacks deserts and has a lot more access to Water, it also is no longer this scary nocturnal desert hunter but has more of a friendly disposition and can share the gel from its body with other pokemon for food and to heal injuries like Aloe Vera. Grass/Water type
